AMAZING WOOL
The transformation that take place during the entire process of rug making is indeed quite amazing; the foremost requirement for high quality rug is the wool, and our wool originates from the foot of the Himalaya. Wool from these sheep contain a natural oil and unique fiber do to the high altitude which provides beautiful texture surface on the rug.

The puffy like cotton candy wool from hand carded are then hand spun to give an imperfect perfection yarn that helps to get ombre color yarn.
TRADITIONAL POT DYEING
Dyeing is important process in order to give natural shades of color, and we use traditional old method such as wood fire, bronze pot, and manually control.
BALLING YARN
A simple yet very important task to disentangled the yarn and make into balls that makes easy during the weaving process.
TRANSFORMING DESIGN INTO GRAPH
The key to make perfect rug is carefully rendering the design and precisely transforming into life size graph that helps to ease the weavers in weaving the rug.
TRADITIONAL KNOTTING
Weaving (Knotting technique) is an art by itself. It takes well trained and skilled weavers to bring the vision into life art, and our versatile weavers carefully do it all. They are masters of making imperfect perfection rug.
SURFACE CLIPPING
Because of the hand woven, the rug surface are rough in nature. The clipping process uniforms the pile height and gives unique texture.
TRADITIONAL SCISSORING
Another delicate process is to trim the patterns for better visual effect on the overall look on the rug surface.
MANUALLY WASHED
The rug are washed with fresh water using household detergent to keep free from germs, remove dirt, and restore the original shine of the wool. Washed rug is dried in natural sunlight for 4 - 5 days.
FINAL TOUCH DOWN
Each rug is then precisely inspected and delicately stitching the edges for stronger hold of the entire master piece.
